CURRENT MISSION:
Guatemala 2023
In June 2023 a group of 9 Impact Church members will travel to an orphanage for special needs children in Guatemala through Hope for Home Ministries.
Hope for Home Ministries has group homes for orphans with special needs where they provide love from a real family, top quality medical care, therapy, and education while learning about the love of Jesus Christ. Hope for Home Ministries also provides wheelchairs, medicine, medical appointments, food, formula, therapy, and education to over 60 communities. A third ministry is a birthing center which provides a safe and well-equipped place for giving birth, pregnancy testing, education, maternity care, and training center for midwives. We are honored to help Hope for Home Ministries provide all these services for a week. We have a heart for serving and are excited for this opportunity to work with children with special needs and shower them with love.
We ask that you prayerfully consider being a part of our team through your prayers, encouragement, and/or financial support. If God leads you to give, it will be a great blessing to us and the people to whom we minister while in Guatemala.
Our cost is $15,000 for the 10 of us, which includes airfare, ground, transportation, lodging, meals, insurance, and a translator. Half of our money is due by November of 2022; the remainder is due in March of 2023.
